Who can participate?
This campaign is exclusively for customers who purchased their chair directly from the official QUELSOFT website. You must provide your QUELSOFT website order number with your submission. Purchases from other retailers or marketplaces are not eligible.
How will I receive my reward?
We will reply within 1–2 days of receiving your submission. Once your entry is approved, we will complete your PayPal payment within 1–2 days. Please provide the correct PayPal email address.
What should my social media post include?
Share photos or a video of your QUELSOFT chair in your space. Your post must include #quelsoft and be publicly accessible so we can review it.
Who owns the submitted content?
By participating and submitting your photos or videos, you agree to transfer copyright in the submitted work to QUELSOFT. QUELSOFT may edit or re-edit your content and publish it on its social media channels. You must own the content you submit and have permission from anyone featured in it.
Do I need a video to participate?
No. A qualifying photo or video post earns the $20 entry-level reward. Higher reward levels are based on video views, with the highest reward of $1,000 at 1,000,000 views.
