Comfortable and sturdy

I’ve been using this chair for about a week now and I like it a lot. It is very well built and sturdy. It looks classic and professional with the individual metal legs. The lumbar pad on the back of the chair can be adjusted to fit where you want the pressure and it’s a great benefit of this chair. The bed rest is also shaped comfortably and can be adjusted by height and tilted to cradle your head or neck where you want. There are a lot of height options for the arm rests that are secure firm with a button press to adjust them. They also slide forward and back to accommodate your desk. The seat of the chair is firm yet comfortable and the material of the seat and the backrest help keep you cool. Overall this is a great chair. It leans back and can be locked in place; it adjusts up and down as most do; and it is nice to lean back in while at the computer. I believe it is well worth the price tag.

Heavy chair, assembled in an hour while watching tv. Many adjustable features.

So far, I love my new chair. I can't speak to longevity, but so far so good. This is a heavy chair. I am 5'8'' and 125 lbs and it feels very sturdy for me. I put it together myself, it took about an hour while I was slightly distracted and watching tv. It was easy to put together and the instructions were clear, although you may need readers or a magnifying glass for some of the detailed pictures of where to place screws. The screws are all labeled and separated which is really helpful. It even came with white gloves to put on during assembly. I love how everything is adjustable like the arm height, the headrest and back support, etc. It's easy to lean back and stretch, just push your back backwards. I found it to be a bit pricey but I have been looking for a light colored chair so to me, the price was acceptable.

Excellent quality, supportive and comfortable for long workdays

I am genuinely impressed with the quality of this chair. If I didn’t know the price, I would have guessed it cost considerably more.

I spend long hours working at a computer and unfortunately have a tendency to slouch. The built-in lumbar support on this chair encourages me to sit much more upright. I will say that I found it a little uncomfortable during the first few days—I was apparently quite accustomed to my less-than-ideal sitting position! After that adjustment period, however, I’ve found the chair very comfortable and supportive for extended periods at my desk.

The mesh back is firm and supportive while still having some flexibility and allowing good airflow. The seat has enough cushioning to be comfortable without feeling overly soft or like I’m sinking into it. I also appreciate that the armrests have a little give rather than feeling completely rigid.

The chair feels sturdy and well balanced, and the materials and overall construction are better than I expected at this price point. Assembly was straightforward and everything needed was included, right down to the tools—and even a pair of white gloves. 😉

Overall, this has been an excellent upgrade to my home office. Comfortable, supportive, well made and a very good value.

Fabulous chair with so many extra features!

My 14 year old has been asking for a gaming/computer chair for a while, but his room doesn't have a ton of space, this is a perfect fit. This chair is a great balance between comfort and sleek design. Some of my son's favorite features are:

- that it has mesh in the back so he doesn't get sweaty when he's gaming.

- that it has so many ways to adjust the chair-he especially loves how the arm rests can swivel inward making it more comfortable to hold a controller. He also likes that is can adjust back so much so he can watch movies and lay back.

- that it doesn't take up too much room like a lot of gaming chairs.

He's young so he doesn't need a ton of back support yet, but when I tried it out i definitely think it provides a lot of back support and you can adjust the chair to hit where you need it to. The instructions were great and the chair wasn't too difficult to put together, my 14 year old did it himself in less than an hour. His one complaint was that all of the hardware was vacuum sealed so tight that it was really hard to get it all out.

I think this is a really high quality piece at a really great price.

A nice office chair at a competitive price

This chair's design is obviously patterned after the "standard" office/desk chairs that were everywhere in the late '90s, and are still in use today. Unlike those chairs, though, this one provides most of the essential adjustable features at an affordable price. Between the good instructions provided with the chair and an online video on the chair's assembly, the chair came together quickly (less than an hour to assemble). The chair's parts were all accounted for in the package, and the chair is sturdy and comfortable once assembled. Adjustments are available to change the chair's seat height, and the height of its armrests and headrest. Its lumbar support works well, too. Consider this one if you're in the market for a good office chair!

Top‑Quality, Comfortable Chair; Excellent Lumbar Support

I absolutely love this chair! It’s top‑quality and surprisingly easy to assemble. I did get a little confused on one step when attaching the back, but once I looked at the finished product photo on the box, it made perfect sense. Overall, assembly wasn’t hard at all — I put it together myself without any issues. The chair is super comfortable, and the seat is well‑padded. I especially love the adjustable lumbar support — it really helps relieve the lower‑back pain I sometimes get from chairs without proper support. I was also pleasantly surprised by how far the chair tilts back; it reclines enough that you could even take a quick nap if you wanted to. The height adjustment works smoothly, and the multi‑level headrest lets you customize the fit perfectly. The parts are heavy and durable, and the overall construction feels solid and built to last. For the quality you get, this chair is an excellent value — I couldn’t be happier with it.

Comfortable and sturdy office chair

This is a simplistic but comfortable and durable ergonomic office chair. The height is adjustable and also has a sliding- up and down lumber support. Great chair to have when you're stuck setting 8 hours a day. The instructions are easy to follow, it comes with a pair of small white gloves and I think it's worth the cost.

Comfortable chair with a great back support

This chair is very comfortable and provides good support while sitting for extended periods. The high-back design and lumbar support make it easy to sit back and relax, and I especially like how it supports my back instead of leaving me sitting completely upright and stiff. Assembly was also straightforward and didn’t take much time. The chair feels sturdy once assembled, and the mesh back is comfortable and breathable. Overall, this is a comfortable office chair with good back support and an easy assembly process. It works well for both working at a desk and spending time on the computer.

comfortable, supportive, and well-built office chair at a reasonable price

This office chair was exactly what we needed for our home office. Once assembled, it feels sturdy, comfortable, and provides excellent support for long hours at the computer. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although I do think the instructions could have been clearer. I had to stop and look at the diagrams a few times because some of the steps weren't explained very well. Once I figured them out, everything went together without much trouble. The chair itself is very comfortable. I like the thick seat cushion and breathable mesh back, which keeps it from feeling too warm. The adjustable lumbar support makes it easy to find a comfortable position, and the adjustable headrest and armrests are nice features that let you customize the fit to your body. The chair rolls smoothly, feels solid, and has a quality construction that gives me confidence it will hold up well over time. It has made a big difference in the comfort of our workspace. I'm very pleased with this chair. Aside from the instructions needing a little improvement, it is a comfortable, supportive, and well-built office chair at a reasonable price.

Good

Great chair for long hours at the desk. Adjustable height, solid build, and the cushion is just right. No complaints at all. Would definitely buy again.

Solid office chair with good adjustability

Well packaged and easy to assemble. Directions were printed in very small font but easy to follow. They have a installation video but it was unnecessary. Took about 50 minutes to unbox and put together with included hand tools. A drill would have saved at least 10 minutes. Adjustable lumbar, height, tilt and hand rest to fit a variety of people. Arm rests can tilt side to side as well as forwards and back. An adjustable head rest Adds to the chairs utility. Cushion is harder than I'd prefer and on the smaller side. Other than that, a solid office chair.

Don't let assmbly imtimadate you

This chair is replacing a leather chair for a teacher in their classroom. Being a mesh style chair, it's going to be much cooler on her back in the summer. We love the adjustable lumbar support. The armrests and headrest are also adjustable. This is very appreciated because they are very short with short legs. The chair has an overall quality feel to it. It is very comfortable. It was a little overwhelming when I opened up the box. The whole thing is in lots of pieces. Obviously, that is for shipping purposes. It comes with the tool to assemble, but I also used a power drill, which GREATLY sped up the assembly time. Just don't overpower the screws and strip them. It took about 20 minutes total. I doubt my wife would have tackled this assembly by herself, but she could have if she had to. It just would have taken her a while. We are very happy with the chair and hope it will last with daily use.

A Chair Built for Long Days

This big ergonomic chair is exactly what I want when I’m going to spend most of the day parked in front of a keyboard. It was easy to put together, and once assembled, it feels substantial and supportive without being overly stiff or bulky. The lumbar support is particularly good, and I like how much adjustment there is to dial in the way you sit. The headrest and armrests give you plenty of flexibility, while the mesh back keeps things comfortable when you’re sitting for hours. The seat has enough cushioning to avoid that “I’ve been sitting here all day” feeling, too. What impressed me most is how comfortable the chair is without requiring constant fiddling. Once I got it adjusted to my preferred position, it became one of those pieces of office furniture that I stopped thinking about, which is exactly what you want from a chair. If you’re a keyboard jockey who spends long stretches at a desk, this is an excellent combination of comfort and support. Definitely worth the investment to get a sturdy and attractive chair like this for your desk. Highly recommended!

Practical Comfort, back angle and arm rest height not adjustable

This QuelSoft Ergonomic Office Chair is straightforward to set up, thanks to a well-written manual that makes the assembly process seamless. Once put together, the chair proves to be quite functional for daily use. The seating experience is comfortable, and the inclusion of a dedicated support piece behind the mesh back provides a noticeable level of reinforcement that helps maintain a good posture during long sessions at the desk. However, the chair falls short when it comes to customization and adjustability. While you can change the seat height, the range is somewhat limited, and the backrest remains in a fixed position. Furthermore, the armrests are not height-adjustable, which may make it difficult to find the perfect ergonomic fit for different desk heights or body types. Given these limitations in movement and sizing options, the chair feels overpriced for the features it offers. While the QuelSoft chair delivers on basic comfort and ease of assembly, the lack of adjustable armrests and back support options limits its versatility. For the current price point, users might expect more robust customization features to truly tailor the ergonomic experience.

Very adjustable!

I’ll start by saying that putting this chair together was so easy! I love that they included the actual tools you needed to put it together and I was able to build it in less than 30 minutes. I was comparing it to my existing chair which I’ve had for many years. I really like this one because it has a thicker cushion and adjustable armrest in a reclines to 130°, Overall, it’s very comfortable, very adjustable and I highly recommend it.
